ORDER REVIEW

Quality Control Starts with an Agreed Specification

For a bathroom cabinet maker or importer, a useful quality record begins with the exact model, drawing revision and finish reference. The supplied CADIA material supports those checks; equipment, inspection frequency and acceptance limits must be agreed for each order.

BEFORE PRODUCTION

Lock the Product Identity

Use one model name and one current drawing across the quotation, sample approval and order.

01

Model and layout

Confirm single, double or offset basin, plus the exact left or right variant. Treat the F4530 left, centre and right tap-hole models as tap-hole variants rather than offset basins.

02

Dimensions and drawing

Compare overall width, depth and height with the cabinet. Mark bowl, waste and tap-hole positions on the current model drawing and record any printed tolerance that affects fit.

03

Finish reference

Use a physical glaze sample when colour or gloss matters. Record the model and finish reference together so a screen image is not treated as the approval standard.

WHAT THE FILES CAN SHOW

Check the Drawing Against the Cabinet

The catalogue data provides a product image and dimensional drawing for each listed model. A buyer can use these to verify the overall footprint, basin layout and the location of functional openings before cabinet production.

The files do not establish a universal cabinet clearance or inspection tolerance. Drawer travel, trap size, support arrangement and any project-specific acceptance value need written confirmation with the supplier.

APPEARANCE & PACKING

Make the Approval Record Usable

For the visible ceramic surface, record the approved colour sample, gloss expectation and any agreed appearance reference. For packing, confirm the model label, carton identification, internal protection and buyer marks before shipment.

Ask which photographs, packing list fields and shipping documents will be supplied for the order. These are confirmation items; the current project files do not prove a fixed inspection frequency, damage rate or test result.
